Ingredients
Each spell starts from a few ingredients with clear, consistent properties.
Tiida Tech works as an independent mobile game studio; from East London we design spell-crafting puzzle games for Android in which players combine a handful of ingredients and symbols to make something small and delightful happen.
Our designs favour wonder over power, so a spell that makes flowers bloom matters as much as one that opens a door.
Each level we are sketching takes place in a small, hand-drawn location, such as a greenhouse, a rainy courtyard or a lighthouse kitchen, with one small problem that a little magic can gently solve. There are no timers and no way to lose progress. Players are free to experiment, and the spellbook grows with every discovery, so returning to earlier places with new knowledge is part of the fun. Every colour is chosen to stay readable for players with colour vision deficiency, and every symbol also has a distinct shape.
Each spell starts from a few ingredients with clear, consistent properties.
Drawn symbols change how ingredients combine, adding a second layer to the puzzle.
Failed mixtures produce harmless, often funny results, such as a teapot that sneezes or a cat that briefly glows, so trying things is always worthwhile.
Every discovery is recorded so players can revisit and combine earlier spells, with a short note in the margin describing what each one does and where it was first found.
Spellbooks available on Google Play will be collected here.
